Holding space for you to rest, heal, and reimagine the way forward.

Befriending your body is an online, 8-week, trauma-informed yoga and therapy group designed to support you in reconnecting to your body’s needs.

September 16th-November 4th:
Tuesdays at 3-5:30pm PST/6-8:30pm EST

If you’re recovering from stress, trauma, burnout or illness, this group is for you. You will be gently guided to (re)learn the language of your own body by listening and responding with compassion within the container of a supportive, confidential small group. We’ll explore:

  • How to identify and respond to your body’s boundaries

  • The qualities of various nervous system states including fight, flight, freeze, fawn and collapse

  • Practices that support rest, healing, reflection, and action

A holistic approach to mental healthcare.

Trauma impacts more than our minds.

Holistic trauma treatment considers and supports all layers of being, including our bodies, nervous systems, emotions, intuition and spiritual connection.

Hi, I’m Cassie.

I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, yoga therapist and registered psychotherapist (qualifying) specialized in supporting fellow survivors of trauma to reconnect with their bodies.
