Nest Holistic blends psychotherapy and somatic practices to help you process what you're carrying and reimagine what's possible. I offer individual therapy, group programs, and yoga retreats in the mountains of British Columbia. This embodied approach balances both the intensity of healing and the power of beauty and playfulness along your path.

Hi, I’m Cassie

I'm an artist, yoga therapist, and psychotherapist living in the small mountain town of Nelson, British Columbia.

I've spent over a decade studying trauma and somatic healing, but I also know this work from the inside. I understand what it's like when your body doesn't feel like home.

Integrating therapy with somatic practices led me back to myself. Now I support others in reclaiming agency and choice in their bodies and lives, weaving this work with art, creativity, and the joy of reimagination.

How I can support you

  • A wooden table with a bowl of paper slips on the left and a large clear quartz crystal and smaller stones on the right.

    1:1 Therapy

One-on-one sessions weaving talk therapy and somatic practices. We work with what your nervous system needs—processing through conversation or movement.

  • Group of people walking through a forest with tall trees and lush greenery.

    Group Therapy

An 8-week virtual program to repair your relationship with your body. Learn to listen beneath the surface and respond to your needs in community with others.

  • A cozy bedroom with wooden walls and a triangular window showing a tree outside. The bed has white bedding, two round pillows, and a tray with folded towels and a brochure on top. There are two small side tables with lamps and decorative items, including a plant, a clock, and a candle.

    Yoga Retreats

An immersive experience in the mountains of British Columbia. Step away from daily life to practice yoga, create art, and remember what feels alive in you.

  • Woman smiling with eyes closed, sitting cross-legged on a yoga mat in a cozy, softly lit room with wood flooring and cream-colored drapes.

    Yoga Training

A yoga teacher training for therapists, healers, and changemakers. Learn to bring yoga's healing power into your own practice, community, and sphere of impact.

“Nest is a gift to anyone drawn to practice, retreat, or training. Each experience leaves me feeling grounded, supported, and quietly transformed.”
